WEBSITE & BUSINESS SYSTEMS CASE STUDY

Clune Construction

A public website and a private Business Hub for a family-owned oilfield construction company in Maysville, Oklahoma — one place for the trucks, equipment, and paperwork that used to live in a truck console and an insurance binder.

The challenge

Clune Construction has been doing roustabout, pipeline, and dirt work across Oklahoma since 2006 — but like a lot of established trade businesses, the paperwork behind that work lived wherever it landed: fuel and parts receipts loose in a truck console, vehicle and trailer details buried in an insurance schedule nobody opened between renewals, and a public website that didn't say much about who they actually were.

What we built

Two things, working together: a public website that tells Clune's story and brings in bids, and a private Business Hub where the office runs the parts of the business that used to live on paper.

The public website

A dark, red-and-white site built around the crew and the iron — a home page that leads with the trucks, a fleet page that lists out the heavy equipment, and a bid request form that gets a job in front of JD or Cory without a round of phone tag.

The Business Hub

A private, password-gated dashboard for everything Clune owns and spends — vehicles, trailers, and equipment pulled straight from the insurance schedule, spending broken down by truck and by driver, and a receipts inbox that turns what the crew turns in from the field into numbers the office can trust.

Built for the truck, not just the office

Two lightweight mobile forms let the crew turn in a receipt or check a truck, trailer, or machine in from a phone at the pump — no login, no app to install, just a page they can add to their home screen.

The result

Everything Clune owns and spends now lives in one place instead of a truck console and an insurance binder — and the office can see it without waiting on the field to remember to mention it.
